MIRROR GRINDING MACHINE

I recently built a mirror grinding machine capable of grinding and polishing 20" mirrors. The framework is constructed of 1 1/2" x 1/8 angle ,I'm using a 1/4 horse gear head motor for driving , and a rheostat for rpm . I used 3/4" drill rod for my turntable drive shaft which runs between 30 and 60 rpm , I used 3/4" for the pinion for the tangent arm also. The eccentric arm revolves upon a 1/2" cold rolled shaft , and it's speed can be adjusted from 2 - 14 rpm. I received the inspiration for this particular one from the Mirror Matic machine. I have yet to en capsulate and paint it.
