A few people reported problems playing the audio clips. It seems likely that the problem is either with your browser's configuration or RealPlayer's configuration. To track down your specific problem and solution try following the links below.

• Do you have a current version of Real Player installed successfully on your computer (have you ever been able to play ".ram" files before)?


You can download the free RealPlayer Basic player from the RealPlayer website.

• The problem may be your browser's (e.g., Netscape or Internet Explorer ) configuration. Try the Real Audio Technical Support FAQ's at http://service.real.com/help/faq/index.html. At this site you can check your browser compatibility. Look in the player's "Addin" box and select the version of real audio player you are using, scroll down to the browser configuration and click on the configure browser question and select the browser you are using.
  
  
• Check out the RealAudio Technical help facility located at http://service.real.com/kb/index.html. In the Playing: Knowledge Base box, select the real audio product you are using. Type in your question (e.g., no sound). A list of several possible problems and their solutions will be displayed.
