Full review: Love Romances and More

This is a strong story with a good mystery, interesting characters and a believable plot.
At the end it is left open for more stories to come and the relationship between Richmond and Cambridge to develop.
I look forward to reading more from this author.

The King's Daughter by MC Halliday is a very well-crafted story...
witches and magic are added with what
seems to be a very vivid flair
to make the story even more breathtaking and exciting.
Ms. Halliday is very adept at
combining real with otherworldly characters to create an interesting story...
very entertaining, definitely an enjoyable read!

This is a tale of love and wizards, of magic spells and wicked plots. Sensual and fun, this is a must for all those who love tales of a long forgotten world
where magic held sway and bravery was all.

The King's Daughter...certainly has enough twists and turns to keep the tale going.
If you are expecting something in the vein of books by, say, Robin McKinley, Mercedes Lacky...this book may be just up your alley.

THE KING'S DAUGHTER was a fantasy the author, MC Halliday, so smoothly, elegantly and beautifully wrote!!!
MC's voice...also makes this story so visual, so real, makes it as watching all unfold.
I so recommend this book for those who love reading fantasy romance.

This exciting story in the style of Moll Flanders is a good, meaty read that will keep readers enthralled to the end.
The sexual adventures of this lady are many and amusing. MC Halliday writes what Defoe would not have dared in his day
and the result is a sensual story of erotic adventures.
This book deserves to be a success!

MC Halliday

"Author of deep, sometimes dark, always delicious tales of women through the ages."

British born, I live at the edge of a forest, nestled in a cosy valley in the mountains, on an island. In peaceful surroundings with my dogs at my feet, I pen a variety of fiction ranging from contemporary dark mystery to medieval fantasy. No matter the genre, vivid characterizations, surprising revelations and depth-charge plot twists are trademarks of my tales.

Currently, I am working on a steampunk/ time travel and hope to have it complete by early 2010.

Good news! Eternal Press has offered a wonderful contract for my erotic historical novel, I Came Up Stairs: A Victorian Courtesan's Memoirs. Release date is scheduled for early March 2010.
