12. the most important rule;  use your heads when in the pits or racing. We don’t want any one injured or to loose a boat because of stupidity. That is not why we are here; we are here to socialize WITH OLD FRIENDS, TO MAKE A FEW NEW ONES, and enjoy the FRIENDLY competition our club has to offer.

13. You must be a current member of MAAC to race with the Model boat racing association of Manitoba. This is for insurance reasons only.

14.  NAMBA rules are used as a basis in awarding points.  general rules have also been adapted  with  modifications made to all our clubs to enjoy racing without all the red tape.

15. No boats allowed to be put in the water when it is in the 30sec to start timing. boats may cut the course after completing one full lap, either 9o Deg or 45 deg turn from center pin. less then 5 seconds to start cutting course may result in one lap penalty from the CD.
