Chloe Morgan, world famous fashion designer and an incurable romantic. Jasper "Jax" Jacks, corporate raider with a guarded heart.She lived in Milan with very distant relatives in Port Charles. He lived in Port Charles but had traveled all over the world.
She had made a concerted effort to avoid falling in love because she did not want to repeat her mother's mistakes. He lost the woman he was going to spend the rest of his life with to tragedy and had decided that love was something that he did not want to repeat.Destined to meet in a Gazebo, in the middle of a rose garden, in the pouring rain. She taught him to love again and he taught her that love is worth all risks.
