1. My version of Coma's youtube converter ( Download Here )
2. Extract files into a folder
3. If you have User Account Control on [Windows Vista - 7] enabled run "disable_uac.bat" & Restart Windows
4. Now, If you are running Windows 32-bit click on "32-bit" folder & double click "A_install.bat"
64-bit Windows, click on "64-bit" folder & double click "A_install.bat"
5. This is what the Command Prompt window should say

Now a Installation window should pop up with the title AviSynth 2.5.8, click next on everything until it's installed.
Press enter on the Command Prompt Window after AviSynth 2.5.8 installed
6. With you're Record Frap File. Drag it to one of the "drag_video_file_here (XXX)" bat files
6.1: Anything recorded 16:9 720p or under 1920x1080, drag it to "drag_video_file_here (720p + HQ Audio)"
6.2: Anything recorded 16:9 even or over 1920x1080, drag it to "drag_video_file_here (1080p + HQ Audio)"
Just want Audio?. Drag the Recorded Fraps file to "drag_video_file_here (Audio AAC 361kbps)"
How about Video?. Drag the Recorded Fraps file to "drag_video_file_here (Video XXX)"
Remeber to use step 6.1 & 6.2 if you are confused on what type of video bat to select
