plans. If you undestand and speak Polish you can visit the Polish website which is even bigger and has a
forum too.

is a non-commercial Website containing free information and recipes for
making
sausages at home. In fact this is in my opinion a little of an
understatement.
This is the best Website on the Internet that I have seen so far about
home
sausage making. I consider this website recommended reading for anybody
into
making sausages.
SausageMaking.org
This English website sells everything needed to make sausages and cure
meats and in addition features the worlds largest forum for sausage
enthusiasts.
Paul Kribs
Is a sausage connoisseur
from England. Many years ago he started to make his own sausages in the
kitchen of his house and has become an expert on making his own smoked
ham and beacon too.
