Serene, delicate, feminine nude...her expression makes you wonder what she's thinking about...the hint of a smile suggests it is something beautiful...she connects to you on some level. I painted her in rich and sumptuous Fauve colors with many different hues of red, pink and purple and with fluid and sensual lines.

I created the painting using multiple layers of high-quality acrylic paints. The colors are bright and vibrant and there are many different hues of pure colors, including cool and warm shades of red, pink, purple, green and yellow and other colors that give the painting a lot of depth and a vibrancy that a photo cannot fully capture. The painting's colors shift and change a bit with the color and intensity of the light that illuminates the painting and different illumination (daylight, evening light, spotlight) will emphasize different shades and hues of reds and pinks in the painting.

The nude painting continues around the sides of the canvas so you can hang it on a wall just like you see in this photo above, even without a frame - the canvas is stretched on a wood support and there is a wire hanger attached to the back of it so you can hang the painting on a wall right away when you receive it.
