Banff, Alberta, Canada: Bryan with an Elk (or is that a deer?) -
they are very tame and not affraid of people at all.

Banff, Alberta, Canada: On the top of the Sulphur Mountain (2,281m/7,486ft) -
the view is simply breathtaking. We met lots of mountain goats and sheep on the top,
they ate from my hand! Also, this is where the ground mountain squirrels are very tame
- see the panoramic picture at the bottom of page..

Banff, Alberta, Canada: Getting ready to go on a trail ride (me in the middle) -
2 hour ride through the wilderness went well, horses were cooperating and so was the weather.

Lake Louise, Alberta, Canada: This glacier lake has an unbelievable color and is crystal clear and ice cold...

Las Vegas, Hotel Paris: This hotel has real Parisian pastry shops and coffee bars and the pastries
are simply unbelievable! They are so beautifully and artfully decorated that you hesitate to cut into them.
Taste is heavenly, cost about 5,-USD a piece, each has at leat 10,000 calories... but it's all worth it ;-)))

Las Vegas, Hotel Venetian: That's right, this is not Piazza San Marco,
but it's re-creation in Las Vegas, complete with gondolas.

Las Vegas, Hotel Venetian: This is inside the hotel - artificial sky that keeps changing from
day to night and the house fronts are scaled-down replicas of the real thing in Venice.
Lots of great shops inside!

Banff, Alberta, Canada: On the top of Sulphur mountain - the ground squirrels are so cute and tame and friendly - this guy was feeding them, so I took a picture just as the squirrel was stretching to get the seeds.
