Method
To place your order, simply click on the "order now" button at the bottom of the page and list the cuttings you wish to order and the address you wish them sent to, in the mail window that appears. Within 24 hours you will recieve an e-mail response confirming your order and the total amount owing. Once you have confirmed this total, your cuttings will be clipped and the pre-shipping drying process will be begun. Cuttings will not be shipped before the payment arrives. (*minimum order 3 cuttings)Payment
Mar-Low Epi House is pleased to accept money orders. Please make money orders payable to Marie K. Lowen and send to 31527 Oakridge Cres., Abbotsford B.C. Canada V2T 6A6. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we are unable to accept other forms of payment at this time.
Shipping & Handling
In the United States and Canada all orders will be shipped Parcel Post unless otherwise specified. Costs are as follows: 3 - 10 cuttings add $10.00, 11-30 cuttings $12.00, larger orders can be individual quoted.
International Orders
Countries outside of Canada and the United States may require a phyosanitary certificate. Please add $12.00 per order. Some countries may also require an import permit. Don't hesitate to ask us any questions you may have reguarding import to your country.
Mar-Low Epi House Guarantee
Correct rooting instructions will be enclosed with your order. All cuttings are taken from mature plants, should your cutting fail to root, or it the cutting rots, it will be replaced free of charge. You must notify Mar-Low Epi House with 30 days from the date shipped.
