Picture left: from left to right Philip (Felix?) Chouinard, Marianne (Marie-Anne?) (Pelland) Chouinard, Jacob Verrier
Married Philip Chouinard. Lived in Ste. Amelie in Manitoba. The Chouinards originally came from????Philip had a brother Alexandre who moved to Oregon in the U.S.A. Philip lived in Terrace, B.C. for awhile. For some time Philip worked as a butcher and meatcutter. Note: There seems to be some confusion as to what Philips real name was. It seems like his official name may have been Felix, rather than Philip, or it could be the other way round.
Children:
Leonard David Arthur
Joseph Aimé Euseble
Both the Chouinard and Pelland ancestry originated from Quebec. Philip Chouinard was born on Sept. 8, 1881. Marie-Ann was born on Sept. 30, 1878.
They were married on the 19th of February in 1932. Philip was a great traveler, always moving around. From Quebec, he moved to Manitoba (or did his parents?). Later on they moved to Manitoba, around the St. Pierre Jolys area. Later on they moved to Ste. Amélie. And, yet later on, in the 50s, Philip Chouinard moved to Terrace, B.C and worked there for awhile, as a butcher and meat cutter.

Philip was a Jack of all trades (Marie-Reine Verrier). When younger, Philip was thinner, but grew more stocky as he grew older.
. Philip died on April 12, 1990 and Marie-Ann on March 19, 1970. Both Philip and Marie-Anne died and are buried in LaCorey, Alberta.
