Sources of Information for the Louis Letain Branch

Note: Though a fairly thick book has been written on Louis Letain and his descendants, title"Davio-letain Garneau". most of the information found here was obtained from other sources, such as notes given to some descendants of Louis (mainly Lucy Ewert)who was very generous in this regards, and who also has provided most of the pictures scanned and included here. Individual records were obtained from microfilms from the family history library (Church of Latter Day Saints).
