Mary Ann Mallendine and Benjamin Fosh

Mary Ann was born on 14 July 1829 and baptised at St Leonard, Shoreditch on 3 August 1829.

She married Benjamin Fosh on 30 May 1852 at St Phillip, Bethnal Green. Benjamin was born on 15 October 1831 in Bethnal Green, the son of Benjamin Fosh and Mary Ann Toye.

The family appears in the 1861 Census at 15 Old Bethnal Green Road. Benjamin's occupation was listed as General Dealer.

Mary Ann died on 16 June 1868 at 15 Minerva Street, Bethnal Green. Benjamin remarried in 1874.

Mary Ann: born in Bethnal Green in 1848. She died at 20 Virginia Row, Bethnal Green on 13 December 1851.

Benjamin: born at 60 Nelson Road, Bethnal Green on 14 December 1852. He married three times. Benjamin died in Bethnal Green in 1928.

James: twin of Benjamin, born on 14 December 1852. James died at 3 Collingwood Street on 7 September 1855.

Isaac: born in Bethnal Green in June 1855. He married Harriet Gill in March 1875 in Bethnal Green. Isaac died in 1912.

Mary Ann: born in June 1860 in Bethnal Green. She married James English at St John, Poplar on 2 August 1880.

Catherine: born in September 1864 in Bethnal Green. She married James Coope at St Thomas, Bethnal Green on 13 February 1881.
