Numbers and dates in bold are from copies of my virtual and personal collection and so I have personal knowledge of their accuracy

Other numbers are best-guess and sequential-logical – which includes numbers that were not written on the cover of the magazine

When I am not sure which issues do not have a letter in the number code, I have assumed the letter is there as most issues do have the ‘C’. After December 1943 there is no letter in the number code.

I will be updating and correcting this list as new information comes in.
