Reservation and Cancellation Policy

A Credit card with expiration date is required to make a reservation. This will guarantee your reservation.

All rates based on double occupancy. Additional persons extra. Discount of 10% for three nights or more.

Cancellations made within 5 days of the reservation are subject to a $25.00 charge per night of the reservation. This will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

A 24 hour courtesy hold may be used to make a reservation to facilitate holiday planning or for out of country inquiries. Without a call back within 24 hrs with credit card information the reservation becomes null and void. Cancellations may be made free of charge up to 5 days before the reservation date

Cancellations made the same day of the reservation are charged 50% of the guaranteed rate to the credit card used to hold the reservation If the reservation is for multiple nights the charge is 50% of the total reservation.

Cancellations made after 6pm on the date of the reservation are charged at 100% of guaranteed reservation rate for one night to the credit card used to hold the reservation. If the reservation is for multiple nights the remaining nights nights reservations are considered null and void. Failure to show for any reservation will result in 100% of the guaranteed reservation rate for one night.

If the reservation is for multiple nights the remaining nights reservation are considered null and void. Failure to call and cancel any reservation and not show up for your reservation will result in the full price of the first night of your reservation being charged to the credit card used for the reservation. If the reservation is for multiple nights the remaining nights reservations are considered null and void. Check in time is 4:00 Check out time is 11:00
