Webtech University offers some wonderful courses
for FREE! I highly recommend trying them...
and not just because I'm an Instructor there ;-)
They give classes in both HTML and in Paint Pro Shop.
Before becoming an Instructor I took several of their classes...
Juelle Web Design offers courses in Paint
Shop Pro. You'll need some knowledge of
the program but it's a good course with
both regular and advanced lessons offered.
PSP Imagination also offers a beginning and advanced class in Paint Shop Pro.
