The Report:

Our narrative reports are designed for quick  decision making, with an easy-to-follow summary of recommendations, costs and priorities.

Typically our reports contain:

• an executive summary

• a contract

• a detailed scope of the work

• a description of the systems

• deficiencies of the systems

• appendices (copies of specialist reports, photographs etc).

Options:

Dependant on the needs of the client our basic inspection can be supplemented by the a choice of the following options:

• fire safety inspections

• elevator & escalator inspections

• HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) inspections

• roof cut tests/thermographic scans

• asphalt boreholes

• pool inspections

• structural reviews/seismic analysis

• access for disabled persons surveys

The Team:

The team is headed up by Lee Ottewell who has over 20 years experience with commercial properties including, inspecting, refurbishing, designing, maintaining and providing facilities management services. 

The consultant team members include:

• a structural engineer

• a fire protection consultant

• an elevator & escalator engineer

• a HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) engineer

• an electrical engineer

• a roof specialist

• an asphalt specialist

• a pool & hot tub engineer

Plain English:

We do not assume you are familiar with building terminology. We will spend as long as required to clearly explain any issues found with the property.

Fees:

Our fees for commercial inspections will of course vary dependant on the size and complexities of the building.  The fee will also be dependant on any specialist inspections that are required.
