Abstracts: I've done several based on T.S.
Eliot's work. I might like to try another poet, or just go
free-form.
4.
Jazz Series: Charlie
Parker needs some company. I need to do Louis and Ella and
Duke and Billie, part of a Jazz series. Eventually I'll try to get
a whole band together.
5.
Famous Landmarks - Alternate City: I'd like to try some other
landmarks from other cities: San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, Boston,
New York. Maybe even Toronto?
6.
Another Wine Country or Two: Okanagan is such a photo-or-painting-genic
location. I have about five or so more photos lined up that I think
would make good paintings, plus they incorporate my love of blue and
green and water and skies: Okanagan
Valley, Naramata
Road, Naramata
Road at Sunset, Vineyard,
& Big Sky Okanagan
7.
Flowers: I took this
photo ca. October, 2002 and have always wanted to do something
with it. Flowers are easy - they can be abstracted with little thought,
and they're just pretty. And here
are some sunflowers: I could go very Van Gogh with these.
