Lakefield Heritage is a non-funded, not-for-profit, informal research group.We prepared a 300 page book "Lakefield...a look at its heritage" with many pictures and lots of information on the village and village families.
This is a new book. After six years of intensive research, we will be publishing 'The Millennium Traills": a look at the Traills, the Stricklands and the Moodies. This book will show you where some of the families went to after Lakefield, as well as other village families.
