STUDIES ON EARLY SPAYING AND NEUTERING (PROBLEMS IT CAN CAUSE)

Dogs growth plates close when they go through puberty. If they do not have the surge of hormone to do this their plates close much later. Usually they close by the time they are 18 months of age and start around 7 to 10 months. Dogs that are their ovaries and testacies removed do not have any hormones left to develop these dogs into their true type. Early altered dogs are at a higher risk of developing joint problems or injuring them selves because of these soft bones.

Injuries to these joints can cost you in the end $1500 to $2500 a side for repair.  So in the end you are not saving money by rushing this spaying and neutering. Please let your new family member grow a little and develop like natured intended.

These are the words spoken from a local vet. Sept 2007 after I continue to ask around about this early altering and the thoughts over the matter

(Attention to the public: Please disregard any negative write ups, false slander, malicious statements against Labradoodle Passion or Alena on Rip Off Report) We have had a large scale breeder attack us after we successfully sued and won a law suit against the kennel owner back in 2008.

As our focus is to help dogs, educate people and has always been to be up front and  honest, we were very disappointed to be taken advantage of. To also learn over time that we were not the first and were not the last to fall victims to this kennel owner. To have our reputation and name slandered with false malicious postings as a direct attempt to get back at us has been very disturbing.  For our family, friends and so many others to be accused, threatened and harassed was at times unbelievable.
As we have recently learned this man has now passed away "Right in the middle of a court case were he was being charged for contempt of court and sentenced to jail, he had a fatal heart attack".

We believe that with every ending is a new beginning, and finally the  people and dogs affected by this man can now start to heal. That the negative and vindictive manner this breeder showed to so many  is finally over.)


Best wishes to all the people and animal control officers that work so hard to stop animal abuse. For all the people that didn't back down and worked so hard to expose bad breeders,  we give you a thanks. BE THE VOICE FOR THE DOGS, THE DESERVE TO BE HEARD!
