Synchro Canada (the national sport organization for synchronized swimming) through its provincial and territorial associations offers entry level to advanced synchronized swimming programs.

The Star Program is a series of skill awards developed to offer swimmers an opportunity to learn correct body positions and the creation and performance of sequences. This progressive program includes 10 Star Awards, 5 Superstar Awards, and the Bronze and Silver Challenge Awards. The program is available to children, youth and adults in Vernon and throughout the country.
