Arnis is the Filipino Art of stickfighting. It was originally the martial art that practice bladed weapons.The blade has evolved into the use of rattan stick called a yantok.

Arnis was developed in the Phillipines, when the Spanish invaders outlawed all martial arts. The word Arnis comes from a slang term 'Harnes', which in spanish means armour.

Arnis has gained in popularity as a very practical system of self defense.It is also a fun and exciting competition sport for those who want to test their skills against experienced Arnisadors (stick fighters,practicioner of Arnis).

The program consists of stickfighting, knife and stick, Espada Y Daga, knife self defense, empty hand combat, wrist lock takedowns and sport Arnis.
