This one was spectacular. I was the last one in the world to pick up on this. We have large community garbage bins in the ally behind the houses. After a couple weeks, it seemed they weren't being emptied. I came home from a few days on the road and noticed they were overflowing, every one of them down the ally. I asked my wife if she knew of any labor troubles with the garbage pick up people. She said no. So here's what had happened. The city had told Koo-Koo Boy to clean up his yard a few weeks earlier. So he took a bunch of the old palates, the toilet, various car parts and lots of old rotted lumber and threw them in the community bins behind our yards. He filled every one of them up all down the ally. This, of course, plugged them solid and when the truck came by to dump them, Kookooboys shit had wedged every one of them solid. The guy put them down and left. This got the whole neighborhood up in arms and got the wrath of the God's on Koo-Koo Boys doorstep. I was away working when the shit hit the fan, but my daughter told me there was about five or six city vehicles at his house that day. I figured after that incident, he would assign himself 'Garbage Monitor', but I guess his asshole was too sore to cause any more trouble about that.
