Ensure the owner’s directives are accurately given to the design professional & contractor,
then correctly executed.
Enable the owner to properly manage the project’s development within schedule & budget constraints.

 Monitor and control the project budgets independently of design and construction teams.
Monitor contractor pricing and valuations of the work in progress.
Control and mitigate extra costs.
