I am reading Glimpses of Reality for the second time and I am writing to express my deep gratitude and appreciation for all the work and experiences and generosity that went into creating it.  Thank you, thank you!  It is blowing my mind for the second time!  It may take the rest of my life to understand all of it, but I am especially grateful for all the excellent understanding regarding diet and fruitarianism.
You are the most advanced person I have read in this area, so I hope you don't mind if I ask you a couple of questions.   What do you think about the necessity of greens?
I thank you so much for your inspiration and for your life's work.  Your book is my bible right now.  It is giving me inner strength and better direction.  Really, words cannot express how excited I am to have been guided to this masterpiece.

Excerpts from the same person’s follow-up emails:

“Corresponding with you is like trying to play tennis with a professional player when I am only learning how to hold the racket properly.   And you are the most advanced player in the world!”

“In my naive way of thinking, if every person would read your book and understand and implement even part of it the world would change into heaven on earth.“

“Benito, your English is superb!  Your command of the language is far beyond mine and most people's.  That is obvious.  You have a beautiful writing style, quite enchanting, really.  You may not consider yourself a Master (in a previous email she had asked me if I was a Master), but quite possibly you are a genius”.

“Thank you, Benito. It has been an honor and a privilege to have received so much support and encouragement from you.  I will never forget your kindness and generosity.  And I will continue to study your book and learn from you”.   Wishing the best for you always. . .

I have read your masterpiece work twice.  I want to let you know that I highly revere and respect your book.   Glimpses of Reality felt more right  than any other book I have read about spirituality
(I have about 500 such books and counting).  Your mathematics doesn't lie!  Very intriguing.  The information on the true nature of an atom is ground breaking, as I have read many quantum physics books that have NEVER concluded what you have about the nature of an atom.
Sir, I am entrenched and have a BURNING desire to know the truths of reality, human existence, enlightenment, liberation of my Spirit back to God, etc.  Your writings and research are so POWERFUL, that deep inside I feel they are accurate.  Your science, physics, and mathematics are so precise, how can they be wrong?  Out of hours everyday reading, you have touched me more profoundly with your spiritual knowledge, your nutrition knowledge, your wit and sense of realism than any other book.
I will do anything, Sir, if you will teach me; instruct me, mentor me.   I mean this in a very personal, reverent, humble way.  I have such desire that I ponder Oneness, reality, science, physics, nutrition, human potential, love, most waking hours of the day.  I read at stop-lights, in the bathroom, at the post office, in bed; I have books with me everywhere I go.  My quest for insight, understanding and realization of these things and your book topics is immutable.  I am willing to compensate, if you so request
I feel I have come upon you and your work for a very purposeful and life changing reason.  I will relinquish whatever is necessary to evolve (in this lifetime, if so possible).  I humbly await your reply and your time is very much appreciated.

Glimpses of Reality represents a powerful, thought provoking, and timely message for all mankind.  This profound work challenges us to question all the theories and concepts that we have blindly accepted about life, and to open-up to the true and astonishing nature of our creative power and purpose on earth. A wake-up call that should not go unheeded.
Olga Sheean, Senior Editor, Shared Vision Magazine—Canada

Glimpses of Reality is simply remarkable--a real masterpiece! Your work has impressed me immensely, not only for the simplicity with which you explain very complex topics, but also for your revolutionary concepts about the pillars and the theories of modern physics and biology.

Your book (Glimpses of Reality) is quite possibly the best book that I have ever read.  I keep reading it over and over.  I would very much like to know if you wrote other books besides the above.

It is a rare opportunity when a book enters one’s life and has the tremendous power of transforming and changing one’s entire world—Glimpses of Reality is such a book.  After reading the inspiring pages of your book it would be unthinkable for me to look for the truth elsewhere.

I bought the book Glimpses of Reality after reading an "ad" on a Health Magazine.  I then ran to a bookstore to buy a copy.  I have already read it twice, and I find it very thought-provoking.  Thank you for writing it.  Bill Evans, Vancouver--Canada

Spirituality: A Scientific Approach

At the onset it is clear to the reader that De Donno will attempt to dismantle a great deal of what we currently believe to be "the truth". From offering proof that we do not gain any life-giving substance from the food we eat, to a complete revision of Einstein's Theory of Relativity and Newton's Laws of Motion and Thermal Dynamics, Glimpses of Reality does not cease to probe and interrogate the most common denominators of science. Even the atom is completely redefined with a clear yet complex analysis that holds suspect science's desire to hold all things constant in spite of its inconsistencies.
De Donno mathematically dismantles many of these theories, highlighting where the error has occurred in our theorems. The reality De Donno presents as an alternative to the status quo is nothing short of remarkable. The fact that the periodic table of 92 elements relates directly to our 46 chromosomes, and how this relationship governs much of the physical universe, is only one of these startling revelations.
In conclusion, Glimpses of Reality has the potential of becoming a reference book in the field of metaphysics, a work that will certainly stand the test of time.
Marcus Charalambous, BCom. Vancouver—Canada

De Donno’s GLIMPSES OF REALITY is a jewel of a book. Its powerful and realistic message is what we were waiting for a long time in a world in which people are suffering and dying due to ignorance.  Meticulously well researched by a long time fruitarian, De Donno’s book is a must for authentic truth seekers, lay people, scientists and scholars.   Our ignorance is making us commit big mistakes, especially in the field of health and nutrition. De Donno’s book takes the reader into a fascinating yet realistic voyage of truth into many controversial topics like religion, cosmology, geophysics, biology, mysticism and our real purpose of life on Earth.  Reading De Donno’s is one of the steps that we need to take to recover our long lost natural identity.

Glimpses of Reality is one of the best books I have ever come across. I have just read it for the third time.  I like the book and its message.

I am writing first to ask how I can obtain a copy of Glimpses of Reality, by Benito De Donno.  I first found it at the library and have tried unsuccessfully to order it through a Vancouver bookstore. I often read books on spirituality, since I am initiated in the Buddhist tradition.  Something unusual has been transmitted to me through your book that I have not experienced before, and I am grateful for it.
I have applied the chapters on health and nutrition, and now eat mainly fruit, although I still eat vegetables.  This change has given me peace of mind and has also simplified my life considerably.

Glimpse of Reality is a dynamic and fascinating work. It allows the reader to reach higher levels of understanding and peace of mind.  This book sheds much light in a world engulfed in darkness, vice and ignorance.  Furthermore, it reaffirms the highest values of life and is therefore highly inspirational and educational.  A job well done.  Congratulations!

I have recently read a publication of yours titled Glimpses of Reality, by Benito De Donno.  I very much enjoyed the book, & I would like the author's permission to ask him some questions about a few subjects dealt with in his book, as well as his opinion about other things.  I would appreciate it very much.

I love your book

I just wanted to say that I recently finished reading your book, Glimpses of Reality.  It is amazing!  You have really opened my mind and cleared away the misconceptions I had on why the world is in its current state of disaster.  I really appreciated the portion of the book that covers nutrition.  Now I realize the path I need to follow, and am heading towards fruitarianism.  I thought that I knew so much about the world.  Now I realize the truth is not so far away.  All we need to do is simplify our lives, cut out meaningless desires and addictions and the truth seems to smack us right in the face.  It almost makes me want to burst out into laughter.  Once again, a great book.  Keep up the good work!!!

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for a REAL trip through reality.  I have read your book Glimpses of Reality so many times it’s getting worn around the edges.  I especially enjoy the parts on nutritional health and cleansing (both body and mind).  I have been an exclusive raw food eater for about 4 yrs.  I'm getting to the point where I am more of a fruitarian, though I'm sort of transitioning to a total fruitarian, and it has been just lately that I have been consciously aware that I could actually go without food at some point in the future.  The Guru who initiated me (Swami Muktananda) passed away in 1982 and I oftentimes am lonely for companionship in the area of spirituality and consciousness expanding.......so your book is a companion of sorts.  It has been of immense help in my quest.

My name is Anthony and we have emailed each other from time to time. I started to re-read "Glimpses of Reality", especially chapters 10,11 & 12.  I have to say you are a Genius! Pure and True, Bless you!
Thank you again and again for all your work,

I came across the name of your book (GLIMPSES OF REALITY) while researching “Vivekananda” and “Vedas” which took me to a page on “Kabir.”  I was fascinated by the title and subsequently searched Google. I read the material on Google and, with reservations, decided to look for it in the library. It was available at the District of North Vancouver Library and I am currently reading parts of it to simply grasp the enormity of your ideas.
A search for more of my past ‘root knowledge’ (I was born in India) took me to various readings and by some act of guidance, brought me to your book. I find it fascinating and convincing.   Now, so much begins to make sense. In attempting to explain/relate modern science and teachings backwards to past knowledge of the ancients, you have done a great service to many of us, easterners and westerners alike.
There must be a way to make you, your book and its contents better known. Better recognition is deserved.

I am writing to say how much I enjoyed your book Glimpses of Reality.  I feel you should be congratulated for creating such a remarkable text.  If I had not already found what I was looking for, your book would have appeared like an oasis in the desert.
