This little girl was born on September 8. 2006. She came to live with us just before Christmas. She's still a pup, so it's hard to know how she will develop, but so far, her structure looks excellent. She has super movement, with long, easy strides. Her personality is quite different than we recall of our previous pups. She's very quiet, and has a calm, and mellow demeanor. She is sociable, but doesn't like large noisy crowds. She's very chewy, which is normal for all Akita pups, so needs many chewable and safe toys, and is much more "food motivated" than any of our previous pups were.
We think the world of this little girl, and wish to thank Ingrid Linerud at Crown Royal Akitas for allowing us to have such a nice Akita Puppy. She comes from a litter of five girls and one boy, out of "Preacher" and "Audit". Below you can see her excellent pedigree, which includes "Jagger" - the top winning Akita of all time, and "Cassie" - the top winning Akita bitch of all time. With a heritage like hers, we are optimistic, and look forward to showing her in the rings when she is old enough.
