club is Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido,</font></b> <br>
<b><font face="Arial,Helvetica">also called Ki-Aikido. The movements of Ki
Aikido are very circular and flowing with</font></b> <br>
<b><font face="Arial,Helvetica">minimal effort required to throw an attacker
to defend yourself. The very attack used against</font></b> <br>
<b><font face="Arial,Helvetica">you gives you all you need to defend yourself.
