No! I recommend you try Ebay to locate a copy.

3. Can you send or sell me the plans to build your arcade machine?

I wish I could but I don't have any! Pretty well all the information I have to offer you is already available on this web site.

4. Where can I download the ROM files used by MAME?

See the downloads page for more information. Also, try using any popular search engine such as Google or Yahoo. The files are out there, you just have to find them.
