Shopping Sherlock Achievements

Identified problems with the previous version of the EYI web site and found solutions. Reviewed current UI and ordering and member sign up processes.
Results: My solutions helped create a proposal that defined what Shopping Sherlock could do for EYI and received the $250,000 EYI contract.

Managed a multi-level marketing company project (EYI). Assessed the clients needs and developed a web based solution to their problems. Preformed requirements analysis, management schedules, and technical specifications.
Results: The web site promoted online sales, membership signup and genealogy reporting while increasing membership usage by 25% over the previous web site.

Promoted Customer Relations of EYI's web site. By attending rallies, hosting question booths, giving tutorials, speeches and individual meetings with key users, I was able to identify and understand the users needs and wants while using the web site.
Results: By building stronger relationships with the users, I was able to solve their needs more efficiently cause them to promote their site to their distributors.

Proposed how to add a second phase "emporium" of products to the EYI site. Created a cost-effective addition to the EYI site to bring a second separate set of products to the EYI site. Result: Gained additional revenue $30,000 for Shopping Sherlock while building upon a current project.
