In several of my projects I have had to preform code reviews. A specific
example fo this is SPC outsourcing project Project Links, where I one of my tasks was to review
code produced for SPC.

I have been responsible for setting up test plans and implementing for each project at Shopping Sherlock
and for Hot Shots Golf 3 Tournament Site while at Firstweb Inc. While
at SPC we had a independant testing done by our partnership company QaLabs.

While it may not neccessary to obtain certifiaction for CMM levels, it is important to learn about
these models to integrate these best known methods into your company.
