  First, naturally I spelled what I wanted to say wrong. Suedo is, of course, spelled correctly, pseudo. It is in Black's, meaning "false." So far, so good, but here's where I get into trouble. Podia is apparently a biological term meaning feet. My notion that podia meant position is wrong. If it means feet, then my usage needs a further explanation lest anyone think I'm phony.
  
  Much of my legal education came from my Father, born in 1898, deceased in 1988. He grew up on Latin and the common law. Psuedo podia is a term he used and I imitated, assuming it meant false position.

  I included a sliver of Bob's story in my last book, "Justice Disrobed" because it fit my theme.
  
  Little did I realize my position was one of moral bankruptcy. After receiving the Sheriff's report, I promptly stepped down, vowing to the Heartsongs that I would walk silently off in the night.
  
  That apparently was not good enough. My mere announcement of stepping down and my posting (to correct a previous post) of the fallacy I found in his alibi triggered a torrent of posts to destroy my credibility….
  
  Watching the entire trial, hats off to Palm Beach County. First, when I asked for the Sheriff's report and information on DNA grants, Palm Beach County could not have been more cooperative. And when I read their report, I knew I had to step down at once.
  
  The police work was relentless and thorough. The DNA work by PhD's, the top of the crop of highly educated leaders in that field, superb. Prosecutor Burns, a diminutive woman in height, is a towering presence in the Courtroom. She knows her case and is organized to the nines. She's able to examine witnesses while, at the same time, researching impeaching information on her previous examination. As I've said to her, "You are the Michael Jordan of prosecutors."
  
  The Defense one would ordinarily expect, such as chain of custody, authenticity of evidence, face off of DNA experts, has not been present. Either the Defense has stipulated it away (an agreement with the prosecutor) or it simply hasn't gone there. For example, the close neighbor who testified to hearing Bob and Toni arguing at the time of the crime, was a senior citizen.
