Depite previous CAUTIONS, you have AGAIN this day posted comments about ME on your http://www.myrockport.com/world.htm website that are:

highly inaccurate,
woefully incomplete,
misleading,
scurrilous,
grossly out of context,
defamatory directly and via innuendo, and
basically the usual FRAUD even YOU should by now recognize as the NORM from Brian 'The Fraudulent CROW' K3VR.

I also note that the FRAUD's name is nowhere directly to be seen--as ~usual--which make the comments that much more YOUR responsibility at law, with all that implies....

I attach a sound file of the speech in question--AS DELIVERED--for your elucidation....

After comparing the speech with what you published--and unsuccessfully trying to square the circle--I EXPECT you to FORTHWITH:

remove the offending scrolling banner and paragraph,
print this e-mail, together with my URL [where I expect soon to post the sound file] by way of partial amends/apology, and
take EFFECTIVE steps to ensure that such scurrilous matters will no longer be published on YOUR website.

Time is of the essence.
