I have been listening to the activities on 14.275 for
more than 6 months now, have formed an opinion, and thought I would finally
drop you a line.
Let me begin by saying that I do not necessarily agree
with everything that you state on the air, but I do support 100% your right to
say it. If I do not want to hear what you have to say, I can simply "spin
the dial" to another frequency, and have. What I 100% do not agree with
are the 2 identified stations that I constantly hear jamming your signal. Those
2 stations are KZ8O and K3VR.
Each and every time that I have been listening when
the frequency was clear, and either you or your friend George puts out a call,
usually within minutes KZ8O or K3VR would begin jamming your signal. The vast
majority of the time KZ8O would begin calling N8JOX. This sounds as if it’s a
recording that he has set to play each time.
Also, I have heard both KZ8O and K3VR talking to
“ghost stations”. K3VR has had many QSO’s with himself. He’s fooling no one.
I have also heard on many occasions KZ8O attempt to
talk over George, asking “if the frequency was in use”, while you and George
were in QSO. You would answer him, telling him it was, he would make some
smart-ass comment, then start calling N8JOX.
I have never heard you or George attempt to begin a
QSO if the frequency was in use, and there is NO DOUBT in my mind that both
K3VR and KZ8O can hear your signal.
I have filed a complaint with the FCC against both
K3VR and KZ8O as I know many, many others have.
Again, let me say that, as a United States citizen, I
do not agree with some, maybe the majority of your statements, or opinions, but
I will defend your right to say it to the end. I will not however tolerate the
actions of a couple of self-appointed amateur radio censors such as KZ8O and
K3VR. Their day is coming, and coming sooner than they may expect. The vast
majority of us have grown very, very tired of their jamming, and splattering of
the nearby frequencies.
