My objective for the 2005 season is to gain valuable international racing experience so I can take my cycling career to the next level.
I have been successful over the past six years of competitive cycling. Some of my achievements include:
- Piloting a tandem bicycle and my teammate to sixth-place in the road race at the 2004 Paralympic Games
- Winning the BC Cup overall road title in 2003
- Winning the Canadian national title in the Individual Pursuit in 1999
I am ready to take my racing career to the next level.
My strength on the road would make me an asset to any team. Also, over the year I helped Shawn Marsolais, my visually impaired tandem teammate, realize her Paralympic dreams, I learned vital teamwork skills.
