Dan Buss, my English teacher, and his son and I drove up to the base camp for Diamond Head after not being able to ski up to Lake Garibaldi because of the deep snow. What I find significant with this photo is the fact that there was a warming hut there and I was able to buy hot chocolate! Not any more. The trees were a lot short then as well! :-)
