The Temple of Draxion:

Testing Grounds

(The Temple of Draxion was a small PBeM that ran in October/November 2003. It was a playtest of the Ground Zero rules that we did before starting a larger adventure. Though the game is now complete, the archives are still available.)

The Testing Grounds are the ruins of a nameless Ancient settlement located in a dry and blasted region known as the Deadlands. The site acts as neutral territory and a meeting place for the various desert tribes, and are also a stopping-point for the trading caravans that occasionally traverse the Deadlands. In addition, young tribe members from nearby villages sometimes venture there as an introduction to the outside world.

Two explorers from Lau found danger and adventure in the Testing Grounds when they investigated what appeared to be an outpost for the Children of the Metal Gods. Follow their story as they explore the Temple of Draxion.
