I really did appreciate the service staff. They helped to serve, and clear the dishes afterwards. They worked quickly and efficiently in a very crowded room. They were courteous helpful and I wanted you to know that they did a great job!

I wanted to thank you guys so much for an
AWESOME presentation during the wedding and an AMAZING dinner! Everyone
was impressed with the huge smoker BBQ parked on our driveway during our
outdoor wedding and then even more impressed later on when they tasted
the food. More than a few guests commented that the ribs were the
best EVER. All the food was flavorful and delicious with a
distinct smoky taste. The beans were incredible and I personally
loved the strawberry/pecan salad and cornbread. You and your staff
were polite as well as on-time and precise with the menu items as well
as very accommodating with the location and the layout. I cannot
thank you enough for helping to make our wedding one special day to
remember! If I ever need a caterer for an event in the future, be
sure that I will call you!

A huge thanks from both Kacey and I. Everybody loved the food, so much so it seems to be the first topic of conversation that STILL comes up when I run into guests who were there. We are getting asked a lot about you, so I forward people to your website (I'm sure that's fine with you). We're still recovering (mentally and financially) from the wedding, so that's why it's taken this long to pass along our gratitude. If you need us to write up a letter of recommendation or anything like that, we glady will. We haven't got our pictures back from our photographer yet, but we'd love to be able to share some of the BBQ pics with you... if they're nice enough, perhaps they'd work on your website.

thank you for being so well prepared. We both think that your love
of BBQ, the "passion for pork" so to speak, really is what
made the food so wonderful. Thank you for approaching it, at least
through our eyes, like not just another job. You probably wouldn't
believe how many people thought that it was the best wedding food
they've ever had - perhaps the setting and the timing helped, but it's
nice to know that the food you provided will be remembered, and
selfishly, that they'll remember the food from our wedding more than a
lot of them even remembered their own (we had people say that, too).

huge thanks to you and the girls for the amazing BBQ at our
wedding. The buffet was very impressive to look at, and even more
enjoyable to eat! Although of course the ribs, chicken and pulled pork
were prize-winning fantastic, the baked beans, cornbread, coleslaw and
salads were also beautifully presented, imaginative, and
delicious--definitely not your typical BBQ.
The mouthwatering
southern BBQ dinner made the wonderful day even better. People could not
stop talking about how good the food was, and I think everyone had
seconds and probably also thirds!! The BBQ was definitely the highlight
of the day for many guests who were probably expecting traditional
wedding food. What a way to make our wedding memorable! I had two huge
plates, and loads of the Carolina-style vinegar sauce over everything.
Luckily, I still fit into the wedding dress.
Your
crew's professional yet relaxed attitude was great for our outdoor
wedding. We were aiming for a "casually elegant" theme,
and the combination of the "laid-back" food with stunning
presentation and friendly/attentive service fit the bill perfectly. All
of you worked so hard, but it's obvious that you enjoy what you do --
because you do it so well.

annual (?) staff appreciation picnic a complete success. Thanks to
Julia, Jessica (and you of course) for a totally
professional presentation and delivery of our food. I have had

Hey Justin Thanks again for the delicious BBQ you made for our company picnic. Everyone was amazed at how good it was, and I have never seen so much food get eaten!! wanted to thank you for the outstanding bar-b-que dinner you provided to
wrap up our Truck Rodeo event out at the Pitt Meadows Airport. The
drivers are still talking about the great ribs, pulled pork, chicken and
beans. Our guest judges from down south raved about getting
"real" bar-b-que up here.
We were
looking to make this a special event and your bar-b-que rig, with
the scent of wood smoke and good food being cooked with care
onsite, went a long way to making this event a standout! I'd be happy to
