NEW PLAYERS ARE INVITED
The summer league is the time to bring out any new candidates that wish to seek membership in our club. Introduce them to the Executive & Governing Committee members. There may be a nominal fee for new players wishing to play during the summer. This fee is at the discretion of the Executive. Acceptance into the club is not automatic. The candidate must pass the approval of the "EXECUTIVE and GOVERNING COMMITTEE(s)".

NEW PLAYER / CANDIDATE CRITERIA
NOTE: Our league starts in September and ends in March/April of the follwing year.
For any clarification on the following, contact one of the Executive or Governing Committee members.
- Eligibility:
- All new players are to be 40+ on or prior to the league's first scheduled game after Sept 1st (as governed by the SVICSA, of which our club is a member). Otherwise, they will have to wait until they turn 40/50 during league play before being eligible to play.

- The age criteria for our club is based on whether the new player will play on the Over40's or the Over50's team respectively.

- Criteria:
- Each new candidate shall be governed by the same criteria that ALL present & past members have been governed by, in order to gain membership of our club.

- Acceptance:
- IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED ELIGIBLE FOR MEMBERSHIP, THE NEW CANDIDATE MUST PASS THE APPROVAL OF THE EXECUTIVE & GOVERNING COMMITTEE(s).

- OUR CLUB RESERVES THE RIGHT BY THE EXECUTIVE & GOVERNING COMMITTEE)s) TO REJECT OR ACCEPT EACH NEW CANDIDATE THAT IS ELIGIBLE FOR MEMBERSHIP.
PROOF OF AGE
- Proof:
- Once the new player has been accepted or offered membership, they MUST show proof of age to either the Executive or Governing Committee members. It MUST be an ORIGINAL document clearing stating the player's name and birth date
(no xerox or photo copies will not be accepted, please bring ORIGINALS).

- A Drivers License or Birth Certificate is best (our club will accept anything with proof of name and age on it, but remember it MUST be an ORIGINAL document).

- THE ABOVE "PROOF OF AGE" RULING IS MANDITORY FOR ALL CLUBS, AS STATED BY OUR S.V.I.C.S.A. LEAGUE.
