As a craft brewery, we brew in strict accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516 - this is your assurance that our products are 100% natural and unpasteurized. The law states that only four ingredients can be used to make beer; barley or wheat malt, hops, water and yeast. There are no artificial preservatives or additives of any kind in our beers. Our brewers employ the latest quality control techniques to ensure consistency, while using time-honoured traditions to produce the finest handcrafted ales and lagers.
