ANNUAL MAIN SPORSPORS CRITERIA Guarantee of a minimum of 4 years sponsoring our club with a minimum Annual Fee of $1,000.00 The Sponsor will provide incentives, marketing, or ventures over the course of the year to our club members, families, affiliates and those that are in contact with our club The Club will add the Sponsor to the "ANNUAL SPONSORS" area of our sponsorship web site page The Club will supply a link to your web site (that is if you so have one) If the Sponsor does not have a web site, a link off the main sponsorship page will redirect those to a web page dedicated to contacting the Sponsor The Sponsor can take pride in knowing their "donation" will assure the continuation and longevity of our Club's future SECONDARY SPONSORS CRITERIA There is no Guarantee of sponsorship on an Annual Basis, but the Sponsor will have "donated" to the club Annually, to a maximum of $1,000.00 The Sponsor will provide incentives over the course of the year to our club members, families, affiliates, and those that are in contact with our club The Club will add the Sponsor to the "SECONDARY SPONSORS" area of our sponsorship web site page The Club will supply a link to your web site (that is if you so have one) IIf the Sponsor does not have a web site, a link off the secondary sponsorship page will redirect those to a web page dedicated to contacting you or your company You can take pride in knowing your "donation" will assure the continuation and longjevity of our club's future ADVERTIZERS CRITERIA There is no Guarantee by the Sponsor to continue their sponsorship on an Annual Basis The Sponsor will submit doctrine details of their proposal of Sponsorship to the club The Sponsor will have negociated successfully with the Club Executive and that doctrine has been accepted/ratified. The Club Executive shall prepare in writing a contract that both Executive & Sponsor shall sign, setting out the terms and conditions agreed upon The Sponsor shall perform supply it's due diligence as persuant to the terms and conditions of the ratified doctrine, that both parties had agreed upon." Any changes, deviations, or alterations by the "Sponsor" or the "Executive" to the agreed upon proposal will nullifiy said agreement and a new proposal must be accepted / ratified by the Club Executive before proceeding The Sponsor will provide incentives over the course of the year to our club members, families, affiliates, and those that are in contact with our club The Club shall carry out it's due diligence from the date of the proposal until it's end, at which time it shall be at the disgretion of the Executive to extend said doctrine.
