| MAIN DUTIES |
| 1. |
Must be a member in good standing in order to hold office as laid out in the club Constitution |
| 2. |
Upon accepting and being duly elected to this position, you are willing to attend all Executive and other meetings as laid out in the club Constitution as deemed necessary, or as directed by an Executive Member |
| 3. |
Must abide by, uphold and administer all the laws, rules, regulations, and conditions as set out governing our clubs Constitution |
| 4. |
Must uphold the laws, rules, regulations, recommendations and conditions as set out in our league (known as the Southern Vancouver Island Classic Soccer Association, also known as SVICSA) |
| 5. |
Is "NOT eligible to act as one of the signing authority members for the club |
| 6. |
To keep players informed of all game times and their locations either by web site, phone, email, or schedule distribution, as you see fit |
| 7. |
To coordinate, report, or otherwise bring to the attention of the Club Manager and the Media Manager on all related aspects of: |

a) Maintaining a current and accurate roster of all Team Members pertaining to your team |

b) Report all final game results (the score) and when necessary those players that scored for the club |
| |
c) Any disciplinary problems that may have arisen on or off the field between the officials, opponents, members, or otherwise |
| 8. |
Act as the administrator with regards to any disciplinary problems or any actions that require immediate attention, which pertains to your team |
| 9. |
May be called upon by an Executive Member to perform other tasks or other duties as deemed necessary |
| 10. |
To attend League meetings when required or as deemed necessary by an Executive |
| 11. |
May appoint or select a Team Field Equipment Officer from one of the playing members of your team, which duties will be to look after and assure all equipment is at each game |
| 12. |
May appoint or select a Team Captain to act as an on-field coordinator between the officials, opponents, and members of the club |
| 13. |
Retains the duties and responsibilities to act as the team coach which may coordinate the starting lineup and substitutions during any games, or may appoint or select a team member in your stead |
| 14. |
Retains the duties and responsibilities as a representative of your team with regards to any business that may arise or has been brought forth to the attention or concerns to the Executive or to other Team Managers |
| 15. |
To assist along with the Chair (Club Manager) and any other Executives or Team Managers in the selection of any new candidates eligible for consideration in becoming a club member |
| 16. |
Eligible to cast one vote at any Executive meeting, regular or general meeting, or when required to do so, providing that member is in good standing with the club at the time of the vote |
