MEMBERSHIP MAKEUP:
1. Is an active playing team club member.
2. Is a person in good standing with the club.
3. Has met the approval of the Executive.
4. Has fully paid any annual or other fees as established by the Executive or by the voting members at a regular or general meeting.
5. Holds the privilege of casting one vote at a regular or general meeting, or when required to do so, providing that member is in good standing with the club at the time of the vote.
6. Has the ability to seek candidacy as an Executive or Manager of the club, providing that member is in good standing with the club at that time of this election.
7. Is eligible to seek candidacy or become an Honorary Club Member.
8. Is eligible to purchase club apparel or equipment at the rate established by the Executive.

MEMBERSHIP MAKEUP:
1. Is a member that is not assigned to a permanent teams roster during the "Regular Season" or any other sanctioned league playing schedule.
2. Is a member that will be "called or contacted" to play during the regular season as required by the Team Manager(s) or by the Club Manager.
3. Is a member that is eligible to attend practices and may play in any non]regular season games.
4. Is a member that may participate or is invited to other club "social" activities and events.
5. Is a person in good standing with the club.
6. Has met the approval of the Executive.
7. Has fully paid any Annual Dues which has been established as that being one half (1/2) of that being Fifty Percent (50%) of the established Annual dues as paid by a Team Club Member:
  7.1       If an Associate Club Member has been offered a full time membership with the club, any dues that have already been paid, those funds paid will be either added or subtracted from the reclassification of membership.
  7.2       If the difference(s) is more than already paid (going to a higher more expensive membership classification), that amount will become due and payable at the time the player accepts being reclassified or transfers to the new classification.
  7.3       If the difference(s) is less than already paid, the player shall be reimbursed by the club for the amount owed to the player.
  7.4       All funds due and payable by the player, or those funds being reimbursed from the club, may be adjusted at the discretion of the Executive.
8. Holds the privilege of casting one vote at a regular or general meeting, or when required to do so, providing that member is in good standing with the club at the time of the vote.
9. Is "NOT" eligible to seek candidacy for or hold an Executive or Manager position within the club.
10. Is "NOT" eligible to seek candidacy or become an Honorary Club Member.
11. Is eligible to purchase club apparel or equipment at the rate established by the Executive.

MEMBERSHIP MAKEUP:
1. Is a Team Club Member or Associate Club Member that has discontinued their playing, does not plan to play in the future, has declined playing due to either resignation, injury or other commitments and has notified the Executive of their intentions on ceasing to play, but wishes to remain an active club member.
2. Is an active member that is a very valuable asset and is of importance to the club with regards to their longevity, retention of historical information, knowledge and expertise while being a club member.
3. Is a member that is eligible to attend practices, and may play in any non]regular season games.
4. Was a fully paid member in good standing when discontinued or ceased playing.
5. Has met the approval of the Executive.
6. Continues to take on responsibilities, volunteers, participates in activities or events, and continues to regularly keep in contact with the club.
7. Has fully paid any annual or other fees as established by the Executive or by the voting members at a regular or general meeting.
8. Holds the privilege of casting one vote at a regular or general meeting, or when required to do so, providing that member is in good standing with the club at the time of the vote.
9. Has the ability to seek candidacy as an Executive or Manager of the club, providing this member is in good standing with the club at that time of this elections.
10. Is eligible to seek candidacy or become an Honorary Club Member.
11. Is eligible to purchase club apparel or equipment at the rate established by the Executive.

MEMBERSHIP MAKEUP:
1. Is a member that has discontinued their playing career with the club.
2. Has performed outstanding work for the club, has demonstrated sportsmanship, taken on leadership roles, and demonstrates devotion to the club.
3. Has volunteered throughout their membership for most club activities and has sat as an Executive or Manager throughout their membership.
4. Has shown compassion towards their fellow members, players and affiliates.
5. Has met the unanimous approval of the Executive.
6. Will pay no annual dues or any other fees, as deemed necessary by the Executive.
7. Continues to take on responsibilities, volunteers, or continues to keep in contact with the club.
8. Shall have their names announced at a regular or general meeting, following their change of status to an Honorary Club Member.
9. Holds the privilege of casting one vote at a regular or general meeting, or when required to do so, providing that member is in good standing with the club at the time of the vote.
10. Has the ability to seek candidacy as an Executive or Manager of the club, providing this member is in good standing with the club at that time of this elections.
11. Is invited to all club functions (but may be asked to pay some nominal fee for such functions as deemed necessary and voted on by the Executive).
12. Is eligible to purchase club apparel or equipment at the rate established by the Executive.

MEMBERSHIP MAKEUP:
1. Is a member that has discontinued their playing career or does not plan to play in the future, and has notified the Executive of their intentions on ceasing to play.
2. Was a fully paid member in good standing when discontinued or ceased playing.
3. Has met the approval of the Executive.
4. Has no annual dues.
5. No longer takes on responsibilities, volunteers, participates, or continues to keep in contact with the club.
6. Is "NOT" eligible to vote.
7. Is "NOT" eligible to seek candidacy for or hold an Executive or Manager position within the club.
8. Is invited to all club functions (but may be asked to pay some nominal fee for such functions as deemed necessary and voted on by the Executive).
9. Will "NOT" receive any benefits as a fully vested Team Club Member, Associate Club Member, Social Club Member, Honorary Club Member, unless approved by the Executive.
10. Is "NOT" eligible to seek candidacy or become an Honorary Club Member.
11. Is "NOT" eligible to purchase club apparel or equipment, unless approved by the Executive.

MEMBERSHIP MAKEUP:
1. Is a member that is or has been involved with the club but has never been a Team Club Member, an Associate Club Member, a Social Club Member, an Honorary Club Member, or a Retired Club Member of the club.
2. Is invited to all club functions and events.
3. Has no annual dues.
4. Has no responsibilities to, for or within the club.
5. May become a fully vested member by submitting a written proposal to the Executive or has been recommended by a club member (who must be in good standing at the time of the recommendation) and is an active Team Club Member, Associate Club Member, Social Club Member, or Honorary Club Member.
6. Is NOT eligible to become a fully vested member or recommend or submit an application to become a Team Club Member, Associate Club Member, Social Club Member, or Honorary Club Member.
7. Shall have their names announced at a regular or general meeting, following approval of their membership.
8. Is NOT eligible to seek candidacy for or hold an Executive or Manager position within the club.
9. Is NOT eligible to vote.
10. May NOT receive the same benefits as a fully vested Team Club Member, Associate Club Member, Social Club Member, Honorary Club Member, or a Retired Club Member , as determined or unless approved by the Executive.
11. Is NOT eligible to seek candidacy or become an Honorary Club Member.
12. Is NOT eligible to purchase club apparel or equipment, unless approved by the Executive.

MEMBERSHIP MAKEUP:
1. Is a member that has discontinued their playing career with the club.
2. All candidate names must be presented in writing to the Executive fourteen (14) days prior to any regular or general meeting.
3. Any number of candidates may be accepted for nomination throughout the year, but only two (2) candidates maximum per year may become Honorary Club Members.
4. The candidate(s) must be a member that is or has been involved extensively with the club as a fully vested member of the club.
5. The candidate(s) has volunteered throughout their membership career with the club for most club activities or has demonstrated a strong devotion to the club.
6. The candidate(s) has shown leadership, sportsmanship, and enthusiasm for the game of soccer.
7. Continues to take on responsibilities, volunteers, or continues to keep in contact with the club.
