Briar Pipe Workshop is now closedI have closed the "Rocheleau Pipes" business, and left pipe making behind me due to some serious enough problems with my hands and wrists. I have enjoyed my time as a pipe maker, and I have learned a lot from it. I will always treasure the great folks I have had the pleasure of dealing with in the business. There are lots of my hand carved pipes to browse through in the links on the left. I hope that it serves some purpose, if only to inspire the efforts of new makers wanting to develop their craft and market their work. As some of you know, I am also an artist. Since leaving pipe making I am refocusing on my painting. I am also beginning to develop another web site devoted to writing. Once it is created I will put a link here for that. This site will remain up as a reminder to myself of the joys I experienced as a pipe maker, and as a service to whomever might enjoy browsing through this site. I would appreciate it very much if you would have a look at my art using the link below. It will open in a separate window. Feel free to Email if have any comments or questions. Enjoy your stay.
