Kootenay Fiddle Camp July - 2004 | |||||||||

This camp was held between July 19 and July 23 with an enthusiastic group of 30 registrants. The photos below are only a tiny sample of the activities that were enjoyed during the camp. A special thanks to Pearl Mott (Upper Left) for leading her team that put on this event. The instructors in Fiddle were (Left to Right) Nadia Olafson, Lilia Sabir, Gordon Stobbe, and Keith Wilson. Keyboard was taught by Alice Wilson. Participants studied and "workshopped" from 9 in the morning til 4 in the afternoon - They ended this fabulous week by entertaining at a concert and dance held at the community recreation center in Castlegar. It was an event that won't soon be forgotten and all look forward to returning next year!! | |||||||||
