In order to receive this award, your Webpage must:
1. be a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Webring.

3. show the Royal Canadian Legion logo
4. be up to date with club information, Links, URL's
5. show the Nav Bar on the main webpage or start up page
6. show the Award on a page with forward URL
7 forward your webpage URL to Ringmaster for approval
