Fish dumplings
1 lb. fresh fish
1 cup cream
1 egg
2 tbs.. potato flour
3 tbs.. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
Clean fish and remove all bones and skin. Grind very fine. Add flour
and egg mix well.
Keep mixing and add cream slowly. Add salt and pepper and fry on
a frying pan or boil until done.
Bagte fiskefilet
Baked filets of sole
4 large filet of sole
3 tbs.. butter
1 tbs.. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. butter
1/2 cup peeled shrimps
Place filets and butter in roasting pan. Season with
salt and pepper.
Bake approx. 15 minutes in 400o oven, then sprinkle
with
shrimps and lemon juice. Enjoy with melted butter.
Spegesild med løgsovs
Herring with onion sauce
1 large salt herrring
water
milk
1 cup onion sauce
Boiled potatoes
Skin and de-bone herring. Soak herring in a mixture
of half water and
half milk overnight. Cut in small pieces and serve.
DO NOT COOK.
Enjoy with boiled potatoes. Onion
