Background
|
Jeff is a champion of the
user
experience, a great UI designer, and usability expert. He
has over 15 years experience designing user
centered solutions for customers. Jeff has extensive experience
working closely with users and customers to gather requirements, analyze
and redesign tasks, perform usability tests, and design successful
solutions. He has a first class MBA in Information Systems and a first
class Bachelor degree in Engineering as well as extensive training
in user centered design, UI design, and usability.
Jeff provides task/system analysis, information architecture, UI design,
and usability consulting
services to a variety of companies in the Vancouver area.
Jeff is the senior usability engineer and user interface designer for an early stage company called Sutus. “Sutus Business Central – Simply put, simply done, complete small business technology”. Prior to Sutus, Jeff was a senior user interface designer for McKesson's Medical Imaging Group and while at Chancery Software, Jeff managed the User Experience group and helped design their innovative web-based applications and www.K12Planet.com - an easy to use and comprehensive school to home portal and a powerful online learning community that gives parents and students instant access to grades, attendance, homework, and school activities. At Acterna, the world's largest provider of telecommunication test and network management solutions, Jeff was the lead User Interface designer and Human factors specialist on several next generation web-based products as well as a joint application development project with Nortel Networks. While at MPR Teltech, as part of the leading usability group in Canada, he designed customer service, sales, and operation support systems for the telecommunications industry.
