• Develop customer relations and assist people to find the products meeting their needs and wants.
• Determine customers' requirements for computer, audio/video systems, or cell-phone services.
• Advise customers concerning available systems performance and suggest best fit for their needs.
• Manage systems procurement to fulfil requirements, when not locally stocked.
• Expedite deliveries and after-sales service support with suppliers and delivery agents.
• Ensure satisfactory after-sales service and product support.
• Complete all transactions onto computerised Point-of-Sale system.
• Administer shipping and receiving of product, including company and courier documentation.
• Devise displays of stock on-hand, as needed by inventory concerns and for customer convenience.
• Complete product display including pricing, signage, and product security.
• Be educated about as much product as possible when stocked in-store.
• Be aware of all other product as carried by our company, even when not locally stocked.
• Apply periodic inventory price updates including update of product signage.
• Manage stock count corrections, including for customer satisfaction, product damage, and loss.
• Perform open-and-close store functions when required, including end-of-day financial accounting.
• Create documentation for all concerned corporate systems and regular daily activities.
