We will guide you on how
to enter your first rally, licencing and club membership. You
will be taught techniques by previous regional and National rally
champions. These techniques can help your driving and understanding
of your car even for every day situations. You will be tought
the principles of proper race car building by experienced builders
and drivers. This school counts as a regional event if you
need to upgrade your Regional Rally licence to a national one.
You don't need a rally
prepared car to enter the school. The exercises you will be doing
to learn how to handle your car, can be done at relatively low
speeds. If
you are planning on competing in a Rally consider that; if what
you learn here saves you from going into a ditch or rolling your
car once due to a driving error, the school will pay for itself
many times over.

two day school is $500 Cdn. Entry
fee includes Saturday snacks and Sunday lunch and beverages .

Saturday classroom session
will cover Introduction to Canadian Rally, licensing, rules and
regulations. Proper car bulding and maintenance based on the
three golden rules of; Safety, Reliability and Performance. Producing
recce notes and theory of driving techniques such as:

Whether you wish
to learn the techniques experienced rally drivers use to take
their Rear wheel drive, Front wheel drive or All wheel drive
car to the limit or just sharpen your skills for public roads
with slippery conditions, this driving school is a great experience
for the daily driver and a must for the Pro-Rally beginner.

You must have a valid
driver's license (not learners). If you are under 18 years of
age we require your parent or guardian's written
consent.
Driving practice will
be done on "Loose surface" (packed dirt & gravel)
not paved.
Do NOT bring your vehicle
equiped with low profile tires. Regular street tires on steel
rims would be best but not a must.
If you are planning on
future rally competition we suggest you bring a car to the school
that has the same drive configuration as what you most likely
will be racing (FWD, RWD or AWD) to maximize your learning experience.
You will need a helmet
(Snell SA95) or better, HOWEVER if you don't have one it's OK,
just let us know and we will arrange a loaner for you.
The car you intend to
use at the school should be in good mechanical condition. Empty
the interior and trunk of all loose items. Please follow this
safety list: we will do a quick inspection
prior to the Sunday session.

Note to registrants:
please remember that
your seat will not be secured until we receive your entry fee
payment. If paying by cheque please make it payable to: Jorge Dascollas - Rally School. Payments must be received by no
later than one week prior to Rally School date or
call Jorge for any other arrangements.
We reserve the right to
change course hours and location depending on weather, number
of students and other variables. Registered entrants will be
adviced of any changes in advance.

| Cancellation policy:
Cancelling two
weeks prior to school date: Full refund. (less $15 cancelation
fee if paying by Paypal) - Cancelling up to 72 hours prior
to school date: 50% will be refunded - Cancelling less than 72
hours before day 1 of school will receive NO refund. |
