A Quiet Getaway

* The house is available all year round with prices varying depending on the time year and how many people are in your party. 

* When you call or email me…please let me know how many people are going to be joining you!

* The house books up fast, so feel free to call as early as possible to confirm the dates that you would like.

* For a reservation, I ask for 50% of the booking fee up front in form of cheque and once received I will send you a letter confirming your booking and a set of directions on how to get to the house. (as it can be a little tricky if you haven’t been to it before).  

* On the day of your arrival I will meet with you to answer any questions you may have, and to show you where everything is.  At this time I will collect the remaining 50% of the rental fee along with a $500.00 damage deposit of which I will give back to you on your departure day.

* As for a cancellation fee, I will refund 50% if given 30 days notice, and after that there will be no refund given.
